Agree, if your told at driver briefing you can do what you want, then you can hardly accused people of cheating.

Everyone wanted clarification --- Clutches open, do what you want was the word from CoC.

If you want to stamp it out then you need to get everyone to the grid with cluches off; examine the clutch and drum and get them put back on.
