anyone spot Lewis take off a part from his Mcl' and place it on the bodywork, just before he removed his steering wheel, in parc ferme after quali'?

It looked like like an old style petrol cap! (just trying to give you a clue to size/shape...)

Any idea what it was/where it was from?
