One line goes down and they say there's nothing wrong as it tests ok.

THEN, line two goes down and when we phone on the mobile to report the fault they say 'you have a billing problem'.

We check the account and find all is in order.

Phone back and tell them and then they tell us that 'sales' have actually SOLD both our numbers within 20 mins of each other, to other companies.

Undescribable inefficiency of the greatest magnitude.

I won't mention the fact that they want to charge for reconnection.

Please don't phone me.
