The problem here is that the top teams are running scared!!! The teams lower down the grid have to be inventive to get around the lack of money they have, and the top teams are worried that by dropping their annual spending down to that level, their levels of innovation may not be quite as good as those that have been used to it for years!!!

Good riddance to Ferrari. They are obviously of the opinion that they are bigger than the sport, and that can't be good for the sport in general!!!
