Ferrari are not the only ones threatening to pull out. Toyota, Red Bull (i assume Torro Rosso will be in the same camp as Bed Bull).

budget caps would be difficult to police eg a top F1 team could create a company 'abc engines' they could spend millions developing engines and gearboxes and sell them back to the F1 team for Ł10,000.

i cant imagine the FA telling Chelsea or Manchester United how much money they are allowed to spend, FIA are just messing with F1.

wonder if they will introduce budget caps to karting...lol.
