-------Errr...what gave you that impression? If you think this you clearly don't read my postings. And if you don't read them whats the point in me saying it in the 1st place? (P.s. you used a double negetive which changed the meaning of what you said, I suspect you didn't want to do this)

-----Since when did I say focus 100% on speed? I have never said that, nor do I think that. Speed is BY FAR the easiest thing to enforce, thus it has the highest potential benefit with the budget available. That doesn't mean we should forget about the other reasons for fatalities though for Gods sake!
