the first story is actually a still taken from a cctv camera, if you think about it why would the camera have taken a picture of the guy in the first place! i dout he was speeding! unless your suggesting that the camera just clicks away allday for later inspection, so they must have seen the prior 30 seconds to the event.
as for the second are you saying that police dont do spot checks in the early hrs of the morning. if the lad had been speeding then surley he would have been stopped for this! if i remember, i think that the lad had moved thru the light and proceeded to turn a corner or something not realising that the cop car was infact pulling him over. anyone being pulled over when they have not committed an offence is within their own right to be a bit pi@@ed off.
the problem being that these days if you are pulled over for a routeine stop and object, than you are instantly going to be the subject of the "police state" one thing is for sure! police dont like being got the better of, when in fact you are well within your rights to refuse to answer any questions they have without being told the nature of the offence you have committed, and unless you are chagred with commiting an offence they MUST let you go.
