Fred is walking down the street when he sees this well built blond walking towards him. As she gets closer he says to himself “she looks familiar”. When she gets right up to him he says “Bert is that you”? Bert says “actually it’s Bernice now – I’ve always felt like a woman and yearned to dress up in women’s clothes, so I’ve had a $ex change” – “no kidding” says Fred. Fred says “but it must have been really painful having your tackle cut off, just the thought of it makes me squirm”. To which Bert replies “not half as painful as having my brain shrunk to half size and my mouth stretched bigger”!
