Of course what you could also do is hide it, i don't think there is actually part of the medical form that covers it where the doctor has to fill anything in, certainally it was me that informed the msa of my change of circumstances, but for obvious reasons thats a very bad thing to do.

I don't doubt there are people who race with conditions/ taking meds that they shouldn't be but unless they tell the msa its very unlikely they'll get caught. I'm sure it would be very bad in the case of a major incident though.
