I know, Alan. The world is FULL of racist tw*ts.

For me, it would make no difference what their 'race' is and, of course, the definition of 'race' is farcical anyway: I'll come onto that later....

So, if 'German' was a racial type or French or Russian or Canadian..... I'd still; object to (ostensibly white) Germans, French, Russians or Canadians attempting to 'break into' Britain and I'd want action taken to stop them, too.

Before anyone says that they are NOT a racial type (which I agree), perhaps you should look at the court decision that an English councillor used the term 'Boyo' as a term of abuse ('Look here, Boyo....' )to a Welshman. He was sued, and was found guilty, of 'Racist Language'...... So, if the Welsh are a 'race' then so are the Germans, etc.!

Finally, whenever there is ANY 'difference of race' between two parties, someone ALWAYS plays the 'race card' ...... unless of course, the person being 'abused' is ENGLISH.

I'd like to 'play the race card' too and point out that the MIGRANTS are being racist by being 'foreign' and trying to 'break into' an English country. There's a difference in race between the two groups and 1 'race' is trying to oppress the other by breaking in...... oh..... of course, that's not racist..... because the 'illegal action is against the ENGLISH...... and we don't count..... apparently!

Your argument about 'plenty of room' does not 'stack up' against the number of ALL the races who cannot get a house/home in the UK and the VEHEMENCE against new building that is prevalent, here. Yes, the entire population of the world (7 Billion) could probably stand on the UK..... however, they'd be shoulder-to-shoulder (roughly). Would THAT be still ok to you?

As I always ask most people who favour the 'let them in' view, I'll ask you, too, Alan:-

Is there a maximum number of ALL types of immigrants (by that I mean legal and non-legal combined. not 'racial types') that YOU would allow into Britain?

Remember, if you say 'no' you are implying that (7Bn - 63Mn) would be acceptable to you......

I'm guessing that you DO have a 'limit'.

Of course, all 7 Billion would NOT come here.... BUT....... People would continue to come from 'countries x, y and z' until the conditions in the UK were equal or worse than in their own country and then there'd be no 'pressure' to come here...... I am not willing to accept that drop in living standards for the British even if others are!

However, you may be .... so tell us if you have ANY limit in mind!
