MALTA has never been a Colonial country nor is it a wealthy nation,nor has it had a Military presence anywhere ,so why are there approx 3400 rescued boat people there in Portakabin City on the docks,(even saw some more rescued swimming ashore last month)they have been pulling them out of the Med for over 5 yrs but no one else will take them from Malta so dead end as far as migrants getting into Europe (most want to come here as they speak ENGLISH its an International language !!!,so thats why they are heading for Lampaudsa Island (ITALIAN) then through Scicily into Italy then who knows where, quite right in what you say though ,EU just keeps saying Malta will have to look after them ,there is no EU fund for displaced migrants,supposed to have been a meeting last week but it was cancelled too many Brussels EU delegates on holiday.
Funny though when questioned most dont want to go to Wales or Scotland or be put on an Ireland!!
ENGLAND is where they are heading.
BBC news 1pm "we think more of us will get through to ENGLAND tonight under cover of the burning tyre smoke caused by the re-dundant FRECH ferry workers".
Imagine if a load of British Gas or Shell workers due to be redundant lit tyre bonfires on our M20 !!!!France doesn't want them so make a token gesture of stopping them' turn a blind eye to the problem let them "escape" to England.
Accomodation is running out over here for Brits illegals and any migrants arriving are you willing to put a few up ,dont think so.
