Is it not about free choice?

There is no way I would race in the TT, the same really as I wouldn't parachute out of a plane unless it was on fire BUT what right do I have to stop others from doing something that doesn't harm anyone else?

No one forces these riders to do it. No one forces anyone to smoke. Id imagine more people (as a %) die from smoking than the taking part in the TT.

If people want to do something like this and its not affecting anyone else (except their families and friends) and people want to watch this knowing what could happen then let them get on with it.

Id much prefer motorcyclists to stop doing stupid things like filtering at 80mph on public roads that endanger people just going about their everyday lives!
