The news tonight/this morning is that Jenson has retained his seat for 2015. This seems to point to problems for Ron Dennis in the board room as his own personal leanings seemed to have been towards Kevin. The msjority of the board and/or Honda seem to have been supporting Jenson.

This is going to be a tough situation. Jenson will be working to a guy who wanted to lose him. This sort of tension at this level of a team usually causes really nasty problems.

Ron is really looking like a liability, now and perhaps more of the board realise this. Anyone for a 'Bring back Martin....' campaign?

I can't see this as boosting Jenson's motivation to help Ron. I don't see his proposed salary cut (rumoured to have halved his salary) as making him feel 'valued', either.

What a messy situation!

Perhaps, when McLaren 'borrowed' the Ferrari technical manual, they also picked up the Ferrari manual on HR (Human Resources, Personnel) .... McLaren now look as divided and unsure as the Maranello rabble!
