Have to agree with Ken, we had had enough of karting and moved to cars for the last 2 years. Yes your correct on a meeting by meeting basis karting is far cheaper than cars, but when you go home from every kart meeting with damage or a poor result due to poor driving standards you kind of have enough. In 2 years of cars some 38 individual races we have only had a couple of incidents of poor driving standards and all but one were really due to lack of experience.

Overall our budget per year is around the same we spent on karting, when we raced Super 1.

There is some excellent budget car racing out there.
