Dave.........
You start a message as follows:-
"The answer to the question is simple and has nothing to do with lawyers, kerbs, drink driving or any other twaddle. "
..... and you expect ME to treat YOU with respect!
'Twaddle' is RENOWNED for gaining respect, isn't it........!
Don't hand it out if you can't take it in return! An educated grown-up would have replied 'touché'!
Finally, try reading the Blue Book:-
E2.1.2. In the interests of safety, animals should not be admitted to Race, Speed or Kart venues, but if present they must be secured inside a vehicle or building whenever practice or competition is taking place.
That rule applies to ALL MSA events ..... even if all of them don't seem to be aware of it.
Look for it here:-
http://www.msauk.org/uploadedfiles/msa_forms/bluebooks/14/2014_MSA_Yearbook.pdf
If you search that, you'll even find one entry in the index as follows:-
"Dogs and Animals – Ban E2.1.2."
If you keep your 'animal' (including dogs) inside your car or inside a building, the rule CAN be over-ridden but only at the track's discretion.
Why is all this stuff so difficult for all of you....? It's clearly stated in black and white in the 'Blue'!
