Dear Skint.

Perhaps you would like to tell me who would get most injured if they ran into a large dog at the end of a fast straight:

1) A TOCA saloon car driver on a 'national race track'?
2) A cadet or minimax driver on a 'family friendly' non-MSA track?

Secondly, you MIGHT be a responsible and careful dog owner..... but..... BEFORE every dog-related incident (not just on-track but everywhere), if you asked the owner of the dog that causes the problem if THEY are 'responsible and careful dog owners' , I think you'll find that EVERY owners of even those dogs that have savaged children to death, would ALSO claim to be 'responsible and careful dog owners'. As with such people, we CANNOT and SHOULD NOT judge the safety of YOUR dog J*U*S*T on YOUR say-so!

Try thinking about these things, son!
