I agree that I do NOT know my assumptions to be correct: I didn't claim that I did. If that's 'scaremongering' then: YES, I am. I suspect I am a little bit like 'Cassandra'
And 'Yes', I am assuming the rules are SUPPOSED to apply to all tracks. Why wouldn't they? That doesn't assume that all tracks have NOTICED, at the same time, the risks they run.
Dog incidents may NOT have happened (I think they have but I cannot give any evidence). However, look how many tracks decided to check if you had a fire extinguisher shortly after we had a kart fire!
Yes: the courts may eventually decide XYZ. Are you happy to be on the very END of that 'barrel', yourself, personally, while waiting to see if the courts choose to pull the trigger?
Try this useful, general-purpose, saying:-
"It's health and safety GONE MAD!"
It covers many of the 'events' in today's British society!
