You're scaremongering a bit there Ian, though I assume it's intentional. To pick up on one point though, not having insurance doesn't make you liable for an incident. If you drive into me in your car and I'm not insured it's still your fault.
Ultimately the courts would decide who was at fault if a dog ran onto a track and if the organisers had taken reasonable precautions they wouldn't be responsible, regardless of insurance. Additionally, if it is an insurance issue then it's the same at all tracks runnjng MSA events isn't it?
I can see the theoretical dangers of dogs at kart circuits but if there really has never been an incident in 50 years then is there really any need to ban them?
