Guys..... you also have to think about this.

I am 100% with you on the loss of a great circuit: it's an enormous loss but.....

1) If YOU owned the land, can you HONESTLY say that you'd pass up the chance of a big profit from selling it for development? I can honestly tell you, I couldn't pass up the chance if it was me.

2) Many of you live in newish to brand-new houses and many of you will live on 'estates'. Guess where THOSE houses came from? You can guarantee that SOMEONE objected to YOUR house being built. Without developers throughout the ages none of us would HAVE houses. Mine was built in the 14 hundreds but I can BET someone objected even then!

Yes: it IS a huge loss to the motorsport world but try to see BOTH (all three) sides of this.
