Be careful in your citroen bippa /berlingo type vans,if your van is taxed private light goods you are ok,if taxed GOODS as lease companies seem to do when no need,, speed restrictions apply on de -restricted roads plg 70mph, GOODS same vehicle 60mph unless car derived or with windows fitted by manufacturer A483 N.Wales Newtown down to Cardiff via Brecon beware silver police cars especially Volvo estates and the hiding M/cycle cop before the toilet stop after Newtown,friend just been done,must check on that one.
