A team of 6 of us raised over Ł5,000 for The British Heart Foundation by doing the London to Brighton bike ride on 3G Stepper bikes,(56 miles with no seat) Quite a few karters on this site made very generous donations on my just giving page. Sadly I think Richy is right about people thinking "half the charity money will be swallowed up in the costs of doing Killimangaro"
Why not do something like I did, or something that doesn't cost much money to do so more of the raised cash actually does go to the charity rather than travel expenses etc ?
I hope he manages to raise a decent amount for his charity though.
