So RB think a reprimand is a fair swap for a 3 day test.....erm have i missed something or would that be a totally different set of circumstances???

Surely if they did do the test then they'd KNOW they were going against the rules, Merc thought they weren't hence the leniency

Surely any ambiguity that existed is not there anymore
