Ian, everyone is basing their predictions on where they WILL finish not on whether they LIKE them or not.

Put simply if you was to bet money on them, and it was every last penny you had, where would you put the money?

By the way even though in testing they are sandbagging, if you closely monitor the testing and read the reports you get quite a good picture of what is happening.

Maclaren - up and down all over the place as usual. Going to start off the pace and then work like hell for the rest of the season playing catch up.

Red Bull - Still quick but don't have the huge advantage that they once had. Appear to have reliability issues aswell.

Lotus - Seem just like last season, not extremely quick over one lap but their long run times look very good.

Mercedes - Seem both quick over one lap and very good on the long runs.

Ferrari - Are not the fastest but are only 2 tenths off the pace at most. Given that last year they were more like 0.5 seconds off the pace it bodes well for Alonso.
