The answer to this depends on what the constitution of the club says.

I've posted some of the pages from Whilton Mill's onto the Whilton Mill Kart Club facebook page.

In its case, if the company is wound up then any remaining assets must go to either a club which has similar aims or if there isnt one, to charity.

The funds certainly dont go to either the members or the owners of the track!

If anyone wants a copy of the full constitution let me know. It's a shame that the clubs members cant be bothered to organise themselves to sort it out.
