I'm not signing, my job titles a 'service engineer', if the company i work for are happy to refer to me as a service engineer when dealing with insurance companies then so be it.

I've worked damn hard in the past and put up with plenty of s*** to now be able to be known as an engineer and ain't no one taking that away lol!
