The electric heater won't 'use oxygen' if that's what Tmoon meant.... unless you run the generator inside the 'tent'... which would be odd! The Propane will.

If I've missed something here, sorry!

I'd go electric.... or go much cheaper by buying thermal underwear (seriously). The spring isn't too far away... I hope!
