"What annoys me about HGV drivers is when they pull out to overtake another HGV when they clearly don't have the speed and they just sit there dueling for miles on end"
That's why articulated vehicles (including whitevan pulling a kart trailer) are not permitted in the 'fast lane' of motorways.
And it is noticeable how well the traffic behaves, pulling out into the 'fast lane', maintaining a gap and only doing 70 mph, passing and then distributing themselves across the other lanes.
What really annoys me off are all those people who believe that they are so much more important than everyone else that they can drive down the motorway at over 70 mph and flash their lights at people to tell them to get out of the way.
That and people who when arriving at a filter (three lanes to two etc) rush down the closing lane then try to bully their way in to the moving stream of traffic and in doing so slow everyone else down.
