HI All,
As title sugests, looking for advice/personal experience in the following...
An ebay shop i help with, has sold a brand new/unused item to someone, and after several days of them receiving it, they claim it is torn etc...and want refund. I know for a fact this suit was not damaged when it was sent and he is now demanding a refund, and has now opened a payment dispute, even though im still trying to resolve this matter, which i think is extreme, as I asked him to return it and would look at it etc. It finally arrived about 10 days after initial communication from him about this, and it looks like it has been worn more than once, and has a big rip under one arm/shoulder adn looks like starting to tear on other side.
like i say, it was fine when was sent, and defiantly does not look anything like a defect etc..

Additionally i have looked at his account, and he had brought the exact same item, albeit "Used" from someone else, several days before, mine was brought...me being cynical is thinking something smell fishy!

Does anyone know what i can do? Guess comes down to his word against mine?
