If i remember rightly wasn't Massa weaving at the end of the main straight when Lewis was stuck behind him, in the braking zone as well which has been outlawed i believe, he exceded the one move rule but didn't even get a look in into the stewards room.

Its MS resposibility not to run into the back of other cars, it could be argued that BS braked tested him but with all the data the stewards have at their disposal the clearly thought that wasn't the case and deemed MS at fault

At the very most it was a racing incident if you want to shift blame from MS
