have started,all garages on the Wirral/Merseyside Nr Chester either out of fuel or with big queues,problem is not due to threat of a strike next week of the tanker drivers,its the Shell refinery cannot cope as its covering for a refinery off line,daily the nearest garages to the Stanlow Refinery are running out of diesel.
If you are travelling into the area make sure you have enough to get back home as its taking over an hour to fill up,even if they have fuel and you cannot fill cans and some are even hiking the price up per litre as high as 1.59 a litre!!!
