I here you Itpro but it also states that had the entry to the ground been more organised for the numbers, the congestion outside would of been relieved.

It must of been a massively difficult task to deal with but to blame it on one thing that early on was a mistake and infuriated people and I think you will agree the original tanked up supporter theory is not the sole responsibility as claimed.

I too believe that the fans could of been more cautious for themselves and others but this is football and we all know how it can effect some fans brains and the over zealous nature shown to see their heroes. I am not a fan at all.

I think when people die feelings will run high and there did seem to be from what I have read and watched an initial dismissing of any responsibility from the authorities involved however good there intentions to control safely where.
