A few interesting points there m8, and I agree with some.

As I understand it Spurs want it (even if the fans don`t), but they appear to have scuppered their chances by wanting to tear up the running track.

Leyton Orient don`t want West Ham to have it simply because they are worried about it impacting on their own dwindling fan base....I don`t think even Barry Hearn is ambitious enough to fancy the 0`s as tenants......lol.

What I want to know is.......who are these `many prospective tenants` the OS spokesman was speaking about yesterday??....because all I can see are two.

I agree with you though m8......if I were an Irons fan, I wouldn`t want to be viewing from behind an 8 lane running track, even if I were in the front row.....pity the poor saps sitting further back still.
