Was reading this months copy of Land Rover Owner (I know its not exciting but is a fantastic bog read) and they said that in Essex alone 16 Defenders were stolen this year between Jan 1st and 1st March. Fair enough thats disgusting etc etc. HOWEVER in the same period 3 were stolen from the MoD! Now nicking a 4x4 in a carpark or a drive is one thing but surely a military one would have those people with guns and camo gear driving them or be parked in bases. I just think is a worrying stat and more worrying that these LR's could have "stuff" in them that might be useful or dangerous lol.

Makes you feel safe doesn't it?
