Try starting at 5am, babysitting between 10 and 15 uni-age people picking other peoples shopping, three others loading vans (including one that I'm convinced is a relative of houdini!) and six more drivers that clearly cannot read, drive or anything else, dealing with nearly 200 customers a day, a contact centre based in South Africa that still think my name is Marco, Martin, Mike, Malcolm and p!ssing Ivan(!!!) doing ridiculous amounts of paperwork over the day, finishing off the pickers and loaders jobs because they're all bone idle, then doing rotas because my line managers useless and then have to drive in the evening!! 5am start, finished at 11pm, back up for 5am tomorrow!!

Ł6.36 an hour for that!!
