I dont forget who saved the club and I also dont want a middle east arab running it either. i want people who ideally are fans and respect what the club is about. We used to have a great atmophere and promoted youth that went on to become some of the greatest players in the world and possibly of all time. I have NO interest in us ever winning the premiership or the champions league. That isnt what being a West Ham fan is about. Its about having hope and enjoying a cup run (Like Pardew) and bringing through great youngsters not signing past it stars looking for their last payday.
Yes they saved the club I dont deny that BUT they signed the wrong manager and most of the players they signed are utter rubbish with no resale value. I will not and never have booed a West Ham team but I also will not see the board move to a position where they cant be held acountable for their actions. As for the notion of who puts money into the club I would say over all the years I have put a fair amount into the club and seen some truely great times and players. Unfortunately not one of them has come during Avrams reign. If the club acted quickly to rectify their own mistake without maybe critisisng the team publically we would not be in this mess. There is no way the players are the worst in the premiership so someone is at fault. My guess is Avram and the board for appointing him and then undermining his authority. If they dont support him sack him if they do then shut up and let him work.
Do you think it was right for Sullivan to say that it wasnt worth any of them travelling to the Man City match as they are playing rubbish? Is that the sign of a good chairman?
