But Matt......

You have to remember, it's only the Estate Agents and the Bankers who are 'Bad People'. The lying, cheating, swindling public are NEVER 'naughty'..... unless they are from a different 'class' or 'culture' to you, of course!

You can't believe how happy I was to get out of it after all those years!

I still don't think we've 'hit bottom' yet..... any where NEAR!

The Late 80's/Early 90's crash lasted YEARS and wiped a 1/3rd off the price of houses! This crash is supposed to be MUCH deeper...... and we haven't had that 'DEEP pain' yet!

It'll all end in tears!

But, repeat the Mantra..... it's NEVER the fault of the general public! They bought houses to make a PROFIT (most of them) or else wthey'd have RENTED...... but it's OUR fault if they don't make a loss.... whatever the cause!

The nice thing is that it's never to OUR 'credit' if they make a profit!
