well they are not being felt around here in South Manchester that's for sure. New businesses springing up, new restaurants, pubs being renovated, houses having loads of extensions being built, every other car on the road is a Ł20,000+ car, rent prices going up and up, even the house prices haven't really been affected and they are well over inflated. I tell you it's like bloody Monaco around here for about a 10 mile wide area with thousands and thousands of people living in that circle.
