Here are two definitions. They are not the same.
a. A rare personal quality attributed to leaders who arouse fervent popular devotion and enthusiasm. b. Personal magnetism or charm:
Jim Clark, Damon Hill, Nigel Mansell (!!!!) and even Steve Davis fit the first definition but they do NOT fit the second. Apparently, John Major, Silvio Berlusconi possess large amounts of the second..... that's not a joke!
It's hard to think of those definitions covering a single word.
Thus, the range of people you'll get in a list of people with 'Charisma' is going to be very wide..... and peculiar!
The concept of Nigel Mansell fitting the definition of 'Charismatic' just shows how silly the word really IS!
