Domestic heating charges too high?

Try this....

Last Wednesday, I received an annual statement and forecast of usage for the forthcoming year.....not something I really need or want.....but, hey, it shows they care.

Friday.....complete duplicate arrived. Oh well, mistakes happen occasionally....

This morning......Yep, you guessed!

Might not seem much in the grand scheme of things, until you multiply it by 3, maybe 4 million.
