Police took 2 years to find and arrest a guy after magistrates ordered his arrest for failing to turn up for appointments with probation officers even though he was living where the previous magistrate ordered him to live................AT HIS MUMS!!!

FFS, you couldn't make it up! The last 2 paragraphs say it all really.
