A person of a certain ethnic minority was stopped by the police while driving, after extensive questioning and investigations they found that he owned the BMW he was driving, it was taxed and insured, he had a job, that he didn't have a criminal record nor any outstanding warrants and had no drugs on him whatsoever..................so they arrested him for wasting police time!!!
