How could a drivers association controlled by all individuals, possibly operate as a monopolistic body?

How could individuals voting on a subject, be accused of forming a monopoly?

That sounds like a vested interest's view, just like the class/kart associations fearing the loss of their monopoly grip.

The only thing a drivers association does is stop the individuals who's money is taken, hereafter called the LONG FORGOTTEN CUSTOMER, getting the present WOST POSSIBLE DEAL at each turn.

The reason karting is failing is because of this attitude.
