The calculation you need to do is:

Force = G * (MassOfEarth*MassOfPerson / RadiusOfEarth^2)

We can use the radius of the earth because a spherical object can be assumed to have all it's mass at a point at its centre. Plugging the numbers in:

Force = 0.00000000006673 * (5.9742×10^24 * 100 /6.3781×10^6 ^2)

= 979.98N

which we know to be roughly correct because, on earth, 10N is approximately equal to 1Kg in weight.

You can also derive the g=9.81ms-2 from just the mass and radius of the earth and the formulae already described. If you'd like me to let me know.
