no not b0llocks, promise you that!...was on the bbc news, they interviewed the insurance company involved...i saved it on my sky plus....jus looked at it again, basically if you replace your normal tyres with winter tyres, they are lower speed rated, so if you have a blow out on a winter tyre, they will look at it and say you should have had the proper rated tyres fitted however for a lot of cars the ratings dont go high enough...not my words, those of the insurance people
