.....was spotted yesterday in the early evening outside the Duke Of Edinburgh pub close to the ground in the freezing snow and ice.

A passing Hammers fan spotted him shivering in the doorway and shouted, "Hey, Avram....you not going in?"

"In ten minutes", replied Grant, "I`m just waiting for happy hour to finish"
