Like Brian says, wait till they screw up - and they will - and lets see how you feel then!
They have the monopoly so they can charge what they want and worse still, do what they want and impose whatever sanctions they want too.
I am currently arguing with Ebay over postage for a DVD box set - because it has 'DVD' in the title, I could only charge Ł1 postage but it actually cost me Ł5.80 because I send everything 1st claass recorded and the only thing that the nameless and faceless customer services can tell me is that I 'should have gone back to the customer and asked for more'. I politely pointed out that this is Ebay making a knee jerk reaction to customers whining about postage costs but they just don't get it and said the same thing again. I know I'm not going to get anywhere but it's making me feel a bit better if I am winding someone up at Ebay!
