Ebay are now taking advantage of the market position they have and jacking up commissions, because they can.

In some ways I can see Ebay being the cause of another banking style crisis in the future as they suck up more and more retail trade, with margins constantly being reduced by no overhead sellers, while Ebay continues creaming 10% of the top of everything.

Having said all that, my business is 100% reliant on ebay, although it pains me that they often earn more than me out of my hard work.
