For those of us who met him and remember him, October the 4th turns out to have been a sad day: Peter Warr died at his home in France.

Peter was an F1 team manger in the 1970s and 80s. He worked with a number of teams but, for me, the link with Lotus was the strongest. A kind, clever and decent bloke.

R.I.P., Peter.
