I guess it depends on how you look at it. At a car auction when bidding is over the car is yours end of story. Thats how I see an ebay auction, you get the car a bit cheaper because its an auction and if you don't want to check it out before hand its your risk to take.

Although I guess at least it does mean the buyer is serious, im just annoyed that i'm going to have to wait for the money

At least they aren't paying by palpal
