If they've bought the car unseen, provided there's no discrepancies between your description of the car on eBay and the car itself, then they will need to proceed with the purchase. Decline the AA inspection, unless that's something you've offered them in the description. As them to pay you and collect the car. If they don't do that within a week, you'll need to take them through the eBay 'resolution process'. They'll probably get an unpaid item strike and you'll need to relist it.
